Welcome to Open Air Photography!

My name is Alex Brouwer and I am a photographer with a passion for the great outdoors and all that it includes. My hope is that you can enjoy these images and be transported to the places and moments that I was blessed to experience.

I am a graduate of Baylor University in Waco, Texas studying Supply Chain Management and Accounting while doing photography on the side. I have invested much into this passion, but it seems that I have received much more in return. Being able to capture moments in time and create stunning images of the outdoors and human interaction in this world is such a blessing and makes me excited to capture mor eof these memories in the future.

I have been greatly blessed in my twenty seven years of life to have traveled to numerous countries spanning five continents. I look forward to any opportunity to get outside and create some awesome memories; whether in my backyard, a 10 hour road trip, or on the other side of the globe. I love taking pictures of nature in it’s purest form along with capturing the difference human experiences across this world and I hope that is reflected through my images.

In addition to landscape/travel photography, I have enjoyed sports photography. I am passionate about sports and competition; through this I have immersed myself in another genre of photography in which I have been richly blessed. Being able to experience the excitement and tradition of college football from the sidelines has been a unique and thrilling experience.
